Mentor young Eritrean Australians aged 14–25 on education, career, and personal development.

- 2–3 hours per week

Be a role model and guide for our young community members.
What mentees get:

- Support navigating cultural identity
- Professional networking introductions
- Encouragement and accountability
What mentors do:
- Meet mentees (1-on-1 or small groups) weekly or fortnightly
- Listen, advise, and share your experience
- Help identify goals and growth opportunities
- Celebrate wins and work through challenges
Ideal mentors:
- Professionals or students in any field
- Patient, positive, and culturally aware
- Committed to youth development
- Available for 6–12 month terms
Previous mentoring experience not required—we provide mentorship training.
